The hotel has a free private parking with a limited number of spaces, available until full. There is also a private underground garage, bookable, at a cost of €10.00 per day.  In the surroundings of the property, free public parking is available.

A city tourist tax of €5.00 per day per person is required.

Exempt from the tourist tax are:

  • Minors up to the age of twelve;
  • Persons who assist patients hospitalized in local healthcare facilities, limited to one companion per patient;
  • Parents or companions who assist minors under eighteen who are hospitalized in local healthcare facilities, up to a maximum of two people per patient;
  • Non-self-sufficient disabled persons, civilians with 100% disability;
  • Companion of a non-self-sufficient disabled person as mentioned in the previous point;
  • Bus drivers and tour guides for each group of 20 people;
  • Members of the police and/or armed forces who, for service reasons, stay in the Municipality of Golfo Aranci, including State and local police and the Fire Brigade, the Harbor Authority, and the Guardia di Finanza for service needs;
  • Those who are employed under a work contract at any local production facility.
    • In the event of natural disasters and major events identified by the administration, all volunteers of the provincial, regional, and national civil protection and members of volunteer associations;
  • The application of the exemption referred to in the previous paragraph, letters b) and c), is subject to the submission to the manager of the accommodation facility, by the interested party, of a certificate, issued in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree No. 445 of 2000 and subsequent amendments, containing the personal details of the accompanying persons/parents and patients, as well as the period covered by the healthcare services or hospitalization. The accompanying person/parent must also declare that the stay at the accommodation facility is for the purpose of providing healthcare assistance to the patient.

Check-in takes place at the reception. To complete the registration, it will be necessary to show a valid identity document for each person staying.

Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM, however if the room is available earlier, we will be happy to make it available to you.

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 (noon) to ensure cleaning and disinfection. We will be pleased to store your luggage in our storage until departure, and you can freely use the common areas, swimming pool, garden, and use a private bathroom with a shower, where you can freshen up and prepare for departure.

Executive rooms are located on the highest floor, have balcony and have the best view.

Suites and Deluxe have also balcony and frontal sea view.

Spa Executive are located on the ground floor, have a terrace with private hot tub and a partial sea view, across the vegetation of our garden. 

Classic rooms have sea view but no balcony.

Breakfast is served in our restaurant indoors and, weather permitting, on our poolside terrace. Breakfast can also be served in the room, with a small supplement.

Continental breakfast buffet with sweet and savory items Eggs, bacon, selection of cheeses, selection of cold cuts, small mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, salad, savory pies, savory croissants, plain and filled croissants, cakes and tarts, waffles, crepes, pancakes, donuts, various types of bread, jams, Nutella, cereals, yogurts, fruit. Beverages are included and served at the table.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Options for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free are available on the breakfast buffet and on request.

Our restaurant “Il Grill” serves Italian cuisine dishes and typical Sardinian dishes both from the sea and the land.

Is there a private beach?

Our property does not have a private beach. The nearest beach is about 100 meters from the property and is partly free and partly equipped. There are two different beach resorts offering both sunbed and umbrella rental services as well as bar, dining, pedal boat rental, showers, and restrooms.

The beach is also equipped with a ramp for people with mobility impairments. We usually recommend the “La Spigola” resort, where you can make reservations: www.ristorantelaspigola.it tel. +39 0789 46286. 

 Alternatively, the hotel offers access to our pool, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and about 2,000 sqm of garden with shaded areas and sun loungers.   The municipality of Golfo Aranci has more than 25 beaches within its territory, all with fine white sand and all within a maximum of 10 km from the property.
